The Ollie

 To do an ollie, you want you want to position your feet comfortably. Above shows how you should position you feet if you are regular stance. If you are goofy, position your feet the opposite. After you have positioned your feet, you want to hit down on the Tail with your back foot, then lift your back foot right after, and jump your front foot up to the front bolts, all at the same time. This trick may take a couple of tries, and you can always improve it.
