A 360 Flip is a difficult trick that i cannot land yet.  You need a high Ollie to do these.  The board does a 360 Pop Shove It with a kickflip all at the same time.  The only difference between this and a Varial flip is that this is more difficult and it has an extra 180 degree spin.
